These Buffalo Cauliflower Bites are made with a few simple ingredients and paired with a healthy buffalo ranch dip – perfect for game day!

 

Buffalo Chicken Wings are one of my favorite appetizers, and a game day classic.. but these are so tasty and full of the perfect chicken wing goodness with a healthy twist.

 

INGREDIENTS 

  • Cauliflower: fresh or frozen! If frozen, be sure to thaw before using.
  • Seasoning: Garlic powder, kosher salt & pepper
  • Butter: can be replaced with oil.
  • Buffalo Sauce: we like Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce, but you can use any kind.

  • Be sure to wash your cauliflower first, then cut it into bite-sized pieces to allow for even cooking.
  • Season, toss, and cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes – flip halfway through.
  • Serve with Buffalo Ranch Dip, blue cheese or ranch dressing.

Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients

  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • ¾ cup Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

Instructions

  • Place cauliflower florets in a plastic bag and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, salt, pepper, butter, and buffalo sauce.
  • Pour hot sauce mixture in plastic bag. Mix around until all cauliflower florets are coated. Evenly spread cauliflower on air fryer tray.
  • Air fry at 350˚F for 15 minutes, shaking a couple times during the cooking process. Cauliflower is done when the florets are a bit browned, but not mushy.
  • Remove from air fryer and serve with celery stick sand your favorite bleu cheese or ranch dressing.
