    Buffalo Turkey Burgers

    If you're a buffalo wing fan, you'll love the flavor of these buffalo turkey burgers. Topped with a cooling blue cheese dressing you won't be able to resist.

    If you remember, my boyfriend is obsessed with everything buffalo flavored. He also refuses to eat vegetables... unless smothered in my Buffalo Ranch Dip. Since the dip is so versatile I thought it'd be fun to mix it with blue cheese to make a creamy sauce for our turkey burgers.

    Ingredients

    Buffalo Turkey Burgers

    • Ground turkey
    • Hot sauce
    • Buffalo Ranch Dip
    • Bread crumbs
    • Crumbled blue cheese

    Buffalo Ranch Dip

    • Greek yogurt
    • Olive oil
    • Apple cider vinegar
    • Hot Sauce
    • Garlic powder
    • Onion powder
    • Dried parsley

    How to Make Buffalo Turkey Burgers

    1. Combine ground turkey, hot sauce, ranch seasoning mix, and breadcrumbs into patties.
    2. Preheat the grill and make buffalo ranch dip. Grill the burgers and serve with tomato, red onion, lettuce, more buffalo wing sauce, and buffalo ranch dip topped with creamy blue cheese.

    The flavor combination of the spicy burger with that tangy blue cheese and the cool creamy buffalo ranch dip is AMAZING! Put these on your Memorial Day BBQs menu and serve with the BEST burger sides this weekend!

    Ingredients

    Buffalo Turkey Burgers

    • 1 lb lean ground turkey (90-93%)
    • ¼ cup Franks Red Hot
    • ½ cup breadcrumbs
    • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
    • ½ teaspoon onion powder
    • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
    • salt and pepper to taste

    Buffalo Blue Cheese Sauce

    • 6 oz Greek yogurt
    • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    • ½ tablespoon olive oil
    • 2 tablespoon Frank's Red Hot
    • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
    • ½ teaspoon onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
    • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
    • ¼ tsp pepper
    • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese

    Toppings

    • Whole wheat buns
    • Lettuce
    • Tomatoes
    • Red onion

    Instructions

    • Preheat the grill. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, hot sauce, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Form into 6 patties and set aside.
    • In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and blue cheese to make Buffalo Blue Cheese Sauce.
    • Grill the burgers over medium high heat for about 4 minutes on each side.
    • Serve burgers on buns topped with blue cheese, tomato, red onion, lettuce, more buffalo wing sauce, and the buffalo blue cheese sauce.
