LOOK AT THESE CUTIES! Pun intended 😉
I discovered these little bites of heaven while searching for a lazy afternoon snack this weekend. I was craving something sweet and filling. That's where the dark chocolate came in... In a matter of minutes they it was melted, dipped and devoured!
Ingredients
- Clementines: any fruit dipped in chocolate will be delicious, but citrus and chocolate are an unbeatable duo.
- Dark chocolate: you can use milk chocolate, but dark chocolate is where those antioxidants come from!
- Coconut oil: for silky smooth melted chocolate.
- Optional toppings: flaky sea salt, crushed pistachios
Instructions
Step 1: Peel and section your clementines.
Step 2: Add chocolate and coconut oil to a bowl and melt that dark chocolate like it's going out of style. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and continue in 10-15 sec increments while stirring in-between until completely melted.
Step 3: Dip, dip, and dip! After dipping in the chocolate you can dip in other toppings like sea salt or ginger crystals. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze or devour immediately.
