Preheat the grill. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, hot sauce, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Form into 6 patties and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and blue cheese to make Buffalo Blue Cheese Sauce.
Grill the burgers over medium high heat for about 4 minutes on each side.
Serve burgers on buns topped with blue cheese, tomato, red onion, lettuce, more buffalo wing sauce, and the buffalo blue cheese sauce.
