Easy Tofu Marinade
The secret to making delicious tofu is a good marinade. These three tofu marinades are so easy and perfect for grilling, baking, or pan frying.

Ingredients

extra-firm tofu
Cilantro Lime:

olive oil
½
lime,
juiced

tablespoon
honey
½
cup
cilantro, chopped
2
garlic cloves, minced
½
teaspoon
kosher salt
Fajita:
2
tablespoon
extra virgin olive oil
½
lime,
juiced
1
tablespoon
maple syrup or honey
½
teaspoon
kosher salt
¼
teaspoon
ground cumin
2
garlic cloves, minced
1
teaspoon
smoked paprika
1-2
tablespoon
chili powder
Honey Balsamic:
2
tablespoon
extra-virgin olive oil
3
tablespoon
balsamic vinegar
1
tablespoon
honey
2
garlic cloves, minced
½
teaspoon
kosher salt
½
tablespoon
lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
Press the tofu for about 30 minutes or until completely drained. Cut it into your desired cubes or strips.
In a small bowl, add all the marinade ingredients and whisk until fully combined. Add the tofu and marinade for at least 15 minutes or even overnight.
Grill, bake, or pan fry until golden and crispy!
