Preheat oven or grill to 400°F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add yogurt and mix until a dough starts to form. Place dough on a lightly floured, clean surface and knead until dough forms into a ball. If it's still sticky, add 1 tablespoon of flour and continue to knead. Repeat until dough is soft and no longer sticking.
If using store-bought dough:
Lightly oil one side of the dough and place it on a grill or baking sheet. Cook until crispy, oil the top side and flip. Top with mozzarella and strawberry slices and cook until cheese melts.
Remove pizza from grill or oven. Top it with a sprinkle of basil, salt, pepper, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Notes
*You can use store bought or homemade dough! Cook according to package. **I prefer bread flour because it creates a softer dough, but you can substitute with any flour (regular, whole wheat, gluten-free).
