Ingredients
WATERMELON FRIES:
1
seedless watermelon, cut into strips
½
teaspoon
chili powder
Pinch of
kosher salt
1
teaspoon
lime zest
DIP:
1
cup
Greek yogurt
1
tablespoon
honey
zest and juice of 1 lime
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine watermelon, chili powder, lime zest, and salt. Toss to combine.
In a bowl, combine yogurt, lime juice and zest and honey.
Serve with dip and enjoy!
